GAME LENGTH Two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute break. Games kick off on the hour and the referee's watch is final. SQUADS AND SUBSTITUTIONS Seven a side plus a keeper. Unlimited substitutions at any stoppage, with the referee's acknowledgement. ELIGIBILITY Players must appear on their team's registered roster and have signed the league waiver before their first game. Playing an unregistered player forfeits the game 3-0. DISCIPLINE Yellow card: 5 minutes in the sin bin. Red card: dismissal plus a one-game suspension, reviewed by the organisers. STANDINGS Three points for a win, one for a draw. Ties are broken on goal difference, then goals scored, then the head-to-head result. WEATHER Games are called no later than two hours before kickoff. Called games are rescheduled to the first free slot at the end of the season.
